1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bajibed platform — including the website at bajibed.net, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and account services available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bajibed. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bajibed platform. Accessing the bajibed website or placing any wager after being presented with these terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

These terms apply to all users of bajibed, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the platform without an account. Specific sections — particularly those covering deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account closure — apply exclusively to registered bajibed account holders.

bajibed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

bajibed takes its age verification obligations seriously. The platform may request documentary proof of age — such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, during a withdrawal request, or following a routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable time frame specified by bajibed may result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending verification.

If bajibed determines that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform, bajibed will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during that period, and return any deposits made, minus any amounts already withdrawn. bajibed will not pay winnings to any person found to have been under 18 at the time those winnings were generated.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of the bajibed platform — including placing wagers, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a bajibed account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a bajibed account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must not provide false information or impersonate any other person during registration.

Each individual may register only one account on bajibed. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. bajibed employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajibed will close all but the original account, void any bonus funds held across those accounts, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajibed account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your bajibed account. bajibed will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your bajibed account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bajibed support team immediately. bajibed will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include temporary suspension of account activity.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajibed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at various stages of the account lifecycle. Verification is typically required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. bajibed will process submitted documents as promptly as reasonably practicable. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until the verification process is complete.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is the player's responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on their bajibed account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your email address or phone number — you must update your account information promptly. bajibed cannot be held responsible for communication failures or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

Where verification is complete, bajibed aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your bajibed account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. bajibed reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are reasonable grounds for an enhanced review.

Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. 4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by bajibed are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is presented. These terms include — but are not limited to — minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and expiry periods.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it. bajibed will not waive wagering requirements or extend expiry periods as a matter of course. Where a player believes an error has been made in the application of bonus terms to their account, they should contact the bajibed support team promptly.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bajibed operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bajibed identifies behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.

5.3 Promotional Changes

bajibed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, bajibed will make reasonable efforts to honour progress already made toward meeting the promotion's requirements, subject to the platform's discretion in individual cases.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bajibed, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm bajibed, other players, or third parties. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bajibed platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bajibed platform in any manner not intended for genuine human play
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in bajibed games or systems, and failing to report such issues to the bajibed team
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on bajibed
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the bajibed platform
• Charging back or reversing a payment made to bajibed through your bank or payment provider without first pursuing the matter through the bajibed dispute resolution process
• Accessing the bajibed platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law while misrepresenting your location
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward bajibed support staff or other platform users
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property owned by bajibed without written authorisation

Where bajibed identifies a breach of these obligations, it reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include suspension of account access, voiding of wagers and bonus funds, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanent closure of the account. In serious cases — particularly those involving suspected financial crime — bajibed may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajibed platform — including but not limited to the bajibed name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bajibed or its licensed content providers. No part of the bajibed platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bajibed.

Game content available on bajibed — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is owned by and licensed from those respective studios. Players may not record, stream, reproduce, or distribute game sessions from the bajibed platform for commercial purposes without explicit authorisation from both bajibed and the relevant game studio.

The bajibed platform and its underlying software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised access to, copying of, or interference with bajibed's systems or software is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Either the player or bajibed may initiate the closure of a bajibed account, subject to the following conditions.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Any registered bajibed player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the bajibed support team. Before the account is closed, bajibed will confirm the player's identity and process any remaining eligible balance to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations being satisfied. Players choosing to self-exclude as part of a responsible gaming decision should specifically request the self-exclusion process, which carries additional protections beyond standard account closure.

8.2 bajibed-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bajibed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time frame
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Abuse of bonus promotions in violation of bajibed's bonus abuse policy
• Use of prohibited software or techniques to gain an unfair advantage
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement or regulatory authority
• Identification of the account holder as a person under 18 years of age

Where bajibed suspends an account under investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released and the account restored or the funds returned to the player's verified withdrawal method. If the investigation substantiates a breach, bajibed may void associated funds in accordance with these terms.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a bajibed account — whether player-initiated or bajibed-initiated — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard bajibed settlement rules. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be returned to the player subject to the conditions described above.
